SHOPPER DISCOUNT & REWARDS ARE VIOLATING THE LAW BY USING MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I TOLD THEM TO DISCOUNTINUE MY MEMBERSHIP WHICH THEY ACQUIRED UNDER SHADY METHODS. I TOLD THEM TO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT FOR THE $10 AND DISCOUNTINUE MY MEMBERSHIP. THEY CREDITED MY CARD BUT NEVER CANCELED MY MEMBERSHIP AND CHARGED ME $10 AGAIN.
